It’s the beginning of the month, let’s make a menu of grilled Salmon teriyaki sauce. Comes with a method for making teriyaki sauce. When it’s cooked, pour teriyaki sauce over it and eat with hot rice.
Ingredients :
- Salmon fillet with skin (approximately 150-200 grams) 1 pieceสมัคร ufabet
- 3 tablespoons Japanese soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons sake
- 3 tablespoons mirin
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- Boiled vegetables as desired (e.g. carrots, broccoli, asparagus, etc.)

How to make Grilled Salmon teriyaki:
1. Put soy sauce, sake, mirin and sugar in a pot. Bring to a boil. Stir until the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and let cool. Set aside.
2. Marinate the salmon with the teriyaki sauce mixture for about 30 minutes. Pat the fish dry after 30 minutes. Set aside.
3. Add the remaining sauce to the pot. Bring to a boil. Add about 2 teaspoons of sugar. Simmer until boiling. Remove from heat and set aside food.
4. Heat a grilling pan over the heat. Place the fish on the pan. Spread the prepared teriyaki sauce all over until cooked on both sides. Transfer to a plate and pour the remaining teriyaki sauce over it. Garnish with blanched vegetables as desired.
